Helperama Inc. – Terms of Service

Effective Date:  January 1, 2025

Welcome to Helperama Inc. (“Helperama”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or receiving any of our services, you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.


1. Services Provided

Helperama Inc. offers professional in-home installation services, including but not limited to:

  • Gazebos, pergolas, and shed assembly

  • TV mounting, camera installations

  • Furniture, gym equipment, and outdoor structure assembly

  • General labor and handyman services (excluding electrical, plumbing, or structural/foundation work)

All services are subject to availability and scope determined at the time of booking.


2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings may be made via our website, email, phone, or partnered platforms. You agree to provide accurate information regarding the service location, item(s) to be installed, and any relevant site details.

Helperama reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to weather, availability of staff, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify clients as early as possible in such cases.


3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include:

  • E-transfer

  • Credit/debit

  • Invoicing (for commercial accounts)

Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) until paid in full.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Clients must provide notice to reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.


5. Site Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear access to the installation site

  • Any necessary approvals (e.g., landlord, property management)

  • Level and safe work surfaces

Helperama reserves the right to decline or postpone work if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable for installation.


6. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Installations are warrantied for 30 days against defects related to installation (not product defects or environmental wear). Helperama is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects or failures

  • Damage due to improper use, weather, or alterations after installation

  • Pre-existing conditions (e.g. uneven ground, poor drainage)

Helperama carries liability insurance for services performed. Please refer to our Our Guarantee


7. Photos & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing by the client, you grant Helperama permission to photograph the completed work and use the images in our marketing materials, including our website and social media.


8. Third-Party Platforms

If you book our services through a third-party platform; their terms may also apply in addition to this agreement. We are not liable for delays, disputes, or payment issues arising from those platforms.


9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Helperama Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
